What’s the process for placing an order?

Simply browse the catalog, choose your size and color, and add items to your cart. At checkout, provide your shipping details and choose a payment option to complete your order.

For a smoother experience next time, create an account to save your address and review past orders.

Which payment options are available?

We currently accept all major US credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All charges are processed in USD, and applicable state taxes are shown at checkout.

How will I know if my order went through?

Right after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you don’t see it, check your Promotions or Spam folder. Account holders can also check the order history in their profile.

How do you handle shipping in the US?

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We also deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses through USPS.

When should I expect my package?
  • Standard shipping: usually arrives within 3–6 business days once dispatched.
  • Expedited shipping: typically delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Non-continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO): may take additional time.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

How do I check my delivery status?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Use that link anytime to see the latest status updates directly from the carrier.

Can I cancel or update an order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, reach out right away with your order number. We can usually make adjustments before fulfillment begins. If the order has already shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can follow our return process once it arrives.

What if I was charged but the order didn’t process?

In most cases, your bank will automatically release pending authorizations within 3–7 business days. If your payment was captured and the order failed, we’ll review it and issue a refund promptly.

Why isn’t my card going through?

Check with your bank to confirm your billing address and zip code match. If the issue continues, try another method such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Is it possible to add more items after checkout?

Once an order is confirmed, items can’t be added. You’ll need to place a separate order for any extra products.

Do you take bulk or special orders?
